

Sound Healing & Meditation Sound Healing roots were established over 40,000 years ago when
Indigenous Australians used didgeridoo as an instrument for vibrational healing. It has been used in
many different cultures to aid in meditation, relaxation, and restorative health and can be used in a
myriad of ways for healing; having direct work on an affected area with the use of tuning forks,
restoring 'missing' sound through voice, sound entrainment, shifting trauma at a soul level,
restorative health and relaxation through a sound bath or massage among many other variations.
Sound Healing or Therapy is a powerful modality and a holistic approach to wellness. In Leah's
group and one on one Sound Healing’s, subtle vibrations are played close to the body with the use
of Tibetan singing bowls and backing music. One receives an auric massage, gently restoring sound
or indeed light which is out of balance into a more harmonic state. Beyond what is felt on a body &
soul level, the sense of hearing subtle sound in a safe space is one which assists transformation of
trauma and distortion ready for release. With the use of intents for change or healing in an area in
combination with the sound used, profound shifts take place, often times within a session. In the
online course, one is able to make use of the sound and vibrations in combination with intent
setting, sound and meditation in the present moment to restore at a soul level, much in a similar way
but in the comfort of the home and at the meditators own pace.

As we know, everything in the universe is in a state of vibration, from the chair you may be sitting in to the pages of this magazine. ABOUT THE SOUND HEALING MEDITATIONS
Use the Sound Healing Meditations to rest and restore, gather your progress inward, embody and ground in intents, and dream for the future in the present moment for future manifestation. Most of the Sound Healing Meditation videos will go for approximately an hour, with an exception to the first week being slightly longer. The session is broken down into two videos for faster download time and convenience – unwind with deep breathing and pranayama, come into presence and meditation for the first video, and relax and receive the Sound Healing, set intents, qi-gong and self- massage for the second.
You can play and replay the videos as often as you would like throughout the course, so make the most of them!
